Explanation / Answer
In an organisation procedural justice is the most important. Procedural justice ensures that equity and fairness is maintained while treating the employees in an organisation. It refers to the fairness of procedures with respect to the methods and processes so that the best ad the most respectful decisions are made. These decisions are neutral, based on fact and appropriate to that certain situation. For example if a company has a poilicy for tardiness, Procedural justice makes sure that this policy is applied to the employees of all levels and all the enployees get punished the same way for being late.
