A good communication skills are often misconstrued as fluency in english language only, but an effective communication has a broader perspective. Body language, correct approach, compassion in speech are few of the necessary elements. A leader often has an agenda that needs to be fulfilled through their subordinates. The agenda can only be completed if the subornates are made to understand the importance of the work that they are doing. The leader plays a key role as only they can have a effective communication to conve this message.
