Ans:- Action talks about an event where a person is involved and he himself is responsible for that. For example:- If I have stolen something from office then I am responsible for it and it is ethically wrong.
Inaction talks about an event where I might not be involved but I can make a difference by stopping it. For example: If someone is going to fall into a well and I have time to stop him but didn't do it purposly. In this case, it is not my fault that the person has fell into the well but it is etically wrong not to stop him.
Motivation talks about any desire, reason or action which keeps the person going to achieve something. It gives the reason to an individual to work and do something productive. For example:- I can wake up at 4 AM in the morning to catch a fight for my corporate meeting because I am motivated to do well but on other days it is even difficult to wake up at 7AM in the morning and do some physical excercise. So in this case the motivation to do well hase lead into the action of waking up at 4 AM in the morning.
Ability is the talent, skill or proficiency to do something. The products and services will do well if the company has ability to make the product at cheaper rate, ability to distinguish it form competition and ability to do after sales service.
Heuristics talks about practical methods to solve a problem and find the solution. The example of Heuristic can include calculated guess to find a solution, by using some rule or by even using the common sense. They matter because they hep to provide the solution in difficult situations.
