cotonyl co a is the substrate for the enzyme   catalyses of enoyl co a hydratase and the product formed is the hydoxy butryl co A, amount of 3 hbc co a formed was calculated from the ratio of 3-hydroxybutyryl-CoA over the total amount of substrate and product,
