am unsure why I am not able to create a thread for this post, but I will like to leave my post under Dr. Cruz post and continue the discussion. (1) Describe the training courses that you have taken. How have they helped you? Provide recommendations for improving the courses. Taking a course strategic planning and organizational development, which allows for comp anies and organizations to make a SWOT o see what their company can improve, maintain, and implement to continue the efficient and effectiveness of their growth. A SWOT analysis is the strengths, weakness, opportunities and threat of an organization. This course is helping me under the mission and vision of an organization is its foundation, and the goals and objectives follow along. Everyone must be one with the goals but are usually not due to their sWOTH analysis. As I am currently taking the course I do not see any improvements yet.

Explanation / Answer

I believe that SWOT analysis is one of the most effective and helpful methods based on which organizations can actually plan to make their decisions. The strength, Weakness, Opportunity and Threat of the organization needs to be analyzed and based on that the organization needs to take decisions which will help the organization and make decisions effective for the organization as well. If the organization is aware of such details regarding their business, then it would be helpful for them to understand the business and improve the efficiency and output of the business as well. The competitors present in the industry also needs to be analyzed and decisions need to be taken as well, based on which the organization can understand what they need to do different in order to have a competitive advantage over its competitors so that the organization is better and unique.
