Starting from an infant’s parents having a goal to be able to have the ship sailing, as in, raising the kid with all the best imbibed qualities to be able to sustain in the society and be an independent and learned individual, to a Boss’s goal to align his resources to draw maximum ROI by working towards their own goals, thereby helping the company reap the fruit of success.

Goal setting, objective setting are the very back bones for any operation based activity, be it running a household or a Business.

Goal is what sets a track and path on which to tread and reach ahead to the destination. Goal in short is also the primary element of a Vision or Mission of any organization.

A growing individual is distinctly identified by its characteristics and features which in turn is very much derived from the goal that one naturally derives from the nature and society, to carry on the legacy or to break out the legacy and be more successfully or breath-takenly successful.Thus his/ her goal become being settled in life, have a job, run a family, which in turn compliments the societal norms.

An example of a goal from an organizational perspective can be Hiring employees during a period of resource crunch and almost on the verge of meeting a downfall, the strategy implementation can be of having a fresh team hired that can be the right people for the right job and can be vouched upon to turn the tables and restart on refreshing come back note.
