It’s a newly founded/ emerged based on new idea and fast growing business which is developing and have aims to go the marketplace to satisfy the needs of the demand in market for the innovative product service or process, it is a very young company and it is just an beginning for them.
Choosing a start up business ( i will choose a service start-up and that will be on Reiki services)
Here i assume that there are lots of people and companies available who provides reiki Services and market is very competitive but all have their own centres where they teach and make people learn Reiki also provides reiki healing services.
My Start-up model is to provide Reiki services where people can learn and have reiki healing at their own place, in simple languages it will be a home delivery services for all reiki needs
This will be a complete new idea for people as they can manage this with their busy life, also to those who require Reiki Healing and not well don’t have to go anywhere for the same, everything like training , training manual and certificates will be provided at home, al ready trained students will do workshop at their home to give practical training for the same.
My company name would be :” Door step Reiki Services” Reiki is basically a healing technique based on symbols and intention to get treated.
Marketing model will be as below:
First of all i will make people know that this i have been formed by using flyers on news papers in around radius of 5 Kms.
Than i will book a conference hall for Free reiki session and launch of my company
Reiki van on which i will travel will have branding of my company with service and contact details.
In newspapers will give add for the launch of my company
My existing contacts will receive the launch details of my company
All social media details of my company will be on Facebook, instagram and etc
This is going to have a huge success and will enjoy monopoly for the long time as no other competitor’s is in the market as of now and people need this service as they require it but they can’t avail it becasue of time and distance problems .
