Explanation / Answer

Reporting immoral issues in a company/ personal life is equally critical and sensitive matter, as it is developing and maintaining the relationships. As not reporting such issues, could also keep the reference group or your team in a long time trouble, can be a scandal, a chaos, which can have irreparable damage.
