1. The food preferences of the mass has changed and as the fast food restaurant has not changed or updated their menu in the last two years it may have been true that the organization is unable to cope with the challenges of the demand.
2. It may happen that due to various kind of speculation regarding fast food and it's lmitation, people have been aware of themenace and are avoiding this genre of food.
b. I believe that in order to research such a fact, conducting statistical public survey would be appropriate to find the results and from the outcome it would be better to understand the root cause behind the fall in sales and performance of the organization.
