Ans:- "Waging a Living" documentary makes us understand the stuggles of low wage workers, workers striving to lift their families out of poverty and frustration for full-time workers.  

Minimum wages are the minimum amount of remuneration that an employer is required to pay. It is the lowest wage which is permiited by law or special agreement. These wages are paid for the work performed and cannot be reduced. These minimum wage protect workers from low pay and help to ensure equitable share of the fruits of progress to all.

The Living Wage is not legally permitted by law, there is no federal living wage law. These are minimum wages needed to let workers to live a decent life. Economists and policymakers use information and derive cost of living for a specific location.

Benefits of Living wage over Minimum wage :-

(i) living wage increases workers bargaining power.

(ii) Increase in morale and job satisfaction.

(iii) Workers can provide education , healthcare and healthy living to family.

(iv) It contributes to sustainable economy.

Employers must provide wage as per living requirement rather minimum wage. Because living wage will enable workers to live happy life than minimum wages. Living wage can pull working families out of poverty.
