Verbal feedback means response from cut by body language, facial expressions. Verbal feedback affect customers encounters by utilizing some positive communication techniques and words which can understand by customers easily.
2. Some examples of non verbal feedback are facial expressions, shake hands, happiness on face, showing figures, body language, interaction. Customer relation can improve when message communicate positively, properly. If message is not communicate in improper way it can affect on customer relationship.
3. Spatial distance means distance between people when they interact with one another, there are different types of spatial distances, let us understand them.
Intimate distance
It can place when you interact with your family some intimate people, it generally 0 to 18 inches
Personal distance
It can observed when you interact with close friends and trusted people. It generally 18 inches to 4 feet
Public distance
It can place when you are at large activities like presentations
Social and work distance
It can place when you are interact with customers directly, it generally 4 to 12 feet
