INTROS :

The non profit organisation namely XYZ educational institution have started its independence existence on 6th june dated 2010. Now on the eve of its 8 years succesful journey. Lets here by discuss its achievements along with new targets.

VISION :

this institution has formed for welfare of poor students. It's vision from the day of its existence is " best quality education with nominal prices and obtain 100% education in near by vicinity of 10 villages. "

MISSION :

Its basic view point is to provide welfare to the locality children. " compulsory education providence with minimum fee along with letting those children and parents to earn for their own education fees. "

OBJECTIVES :

Its objective is to teach the students education along with letting them realise the value of education .

Thus the institution facilitated smaller works as per age and capacity of willful parents along with students of specific age ( as per present govt rules framed ) to earn for their own education payment fees.

Tasks like

* preparing wired baskets / luggage bags.

* preparing leaf plates

* colouring pots

* any other art work where group of people come farward to look after it.

ACHIEVEMENTS :

* As on date provided education to 50% if children in nearly by 15 villages.

* inspired more than 150 women to participate in petty works done in institution surroundings and provided better educayion facilities to their children and few orphans.

OLD STRATEGIES BEING IMPLEMENTED :

* " win win strategy " where people interested in working four their living enjoy additional benefit of educating their children. And to those students who are willing to study got a shelter to earn along with studies.

Here people won parallely along with growth in institutions objectives.

NEW GOALS ALREADY FRAMED AND PARTIALLY IMPLEMENTED :

* Awareness campaigns in villages to let know them advantages of education and explain the benifits already experienced by other students.

* The campaigns resulted in admission of 20 new students and 17 new mothers enthusiastic to earn for their children living along with education.

ANY FAULTS / DEFICITS NOTICED :

* Not able to completely satisfy few people who opt other forms of earning other than working in XYZ organisation.

* many drop outs after certain education attained by students.

NEW VISION , MISSION AND OBJECTIVES :

VISION :

" providing consistent quality of education and attaining progress in % if students entering education and also to expat the services to 5 more villages.

MISSION :

" compulsory education to every enthusiastic student such that minimum 5 best students will be given free education as per their performance in curriculum through donations obtained to institution. "

OBJECTIVES :

* to provide secondary school education and college teaching facilities for better progress of those students who are nearing their boarding now.

* provide more earning avenues even to those enthusiastic parents who want to improve educational qualifications of their children.

EXTERNAL OPPURTUNITIES / THREATS :

OPPORTUNITIES :

* All those nearby villages with no other welfare educational institutions can be easily motivated by XYZ reforms.

* students aspiring growth in life definitely find light in this institution process.

* The products being produced through these institution have obtained support in markets where those are sold.

* being education is taught along with letting know its value , students tend to listen to teachings with full cooperation.

THREATS :

* The wavering minds of parents with low knowledge levels may not let the students study continuously.

* The villagers may not cooperate to provide secondary and college facilities as they tend to drop out them at early ages.

* few students may misuse the opportunity in ignorance.

PESTEL ANALYSIS :

* it is analysis on political , economical , social , technological , environmental and legal aspects of specific unit / organisation in market.

Political environment :

The current political reforms are in favour to organisation like Xyz. Thus it forms to be an oppurtunity to expand during the current ruling.

Economic environment :

Due to current campaigns in every village , the nature and mindset of various students towards studies is being improved and they are obtaining sweeter taste towards schooling dreams.

Thus earlier which was on threat side is sliding towards list of oppurtunities slowly.

Socio cultural environment :

* As more than 150 women earning their livelihood by happily working. It may now be motivator to other women even.

* but still it includes on threats side because the villagers lack their own identity and behave waiver mindset. So sudden drip outs from working may be observed.

Technological environment :

* special task of educating basic technological aspects are being taught to villagers via campaigns.

* Right now this aspect remains neutral but may turn into opportunity in near future.

Legal environment :

* The formation and existence of xyz institution is as per respective laws and rules.

* Thus institution is trying to increase its donations level to promote better objectives.

NEW STRATEGIES TO BE EMPLOYED :

* " expand vision of villagers to expand welfare through our organisation. "

* " grow along with students " - thus secondary school and college facilities enroute along with students completion of academic years.

ANY OTHER SPECIFIC RECOMMENDATIONS :

* try to provide computer knowledge to students through donations amounts.

* increase concentration on earning tasks of villagers and explore varieties of earning options like pickles , papads manufacture etc.

CONCLUSION :

The institution once started with nothing but now it is something. It had created its existence along with growth of existing students in it.

Thus lets all hope and make true all of its objectives and strive hard to provide consistent educational facilities to villagers.
