General electric is American multinationl company headquarter in Boston. GE had implement many major or minor changes that impact their business a lot. In other word we can say that they did not change the business but also restart their business.
* They feel that financial serice business is not profitable so they decided to no longer continue with financial service business.
* They have start investing in cloud operating system and stay continue with software program to help the industries to increase the efficiency of organization. This was a huge change for GE.
* They started to invest in natural resources like Renewable energy, oil and gas innovation.
