Explanation / Answer

Ethics is the moral principles that determines a person's behaviour.

There are many ethical consideration and ethical dillema that can be challenging for an employee as well as for an employer.

1. While calculating data, it is not ethical to ignore negative data whether or not it is of small number. If a person shows only positive data to the manager and leaves behind the negative data then it can be considered as unethical behaviour. It would be nice and ethical if the employee shows both positive and negative data along with the idea to improve the negative data to the employer.

2. Treating everyone equally is very important. If a manager treats employees by discriminating them then it is unethical. Sometimes managers favour some employees as they can do more work or can give quality output. This is considered as unethical as managers must also support the weak employees by mentoring and guiding them to improve their quality of work. Managers must be fair with every employees.

3. Presenting some other's work without their permission is very unethical. This can be very challenging if the company has more no. of employees. Sometime employees steal their co-employee's hard work like project report, presentation or may be some ideas and present it to the manager as theirs. Managers must cross question them so as to understand whether or not its their work.

4. Employees taking excessive leaves beyond the allowed number is a clear unethical situation. When employee gives some lame excuses for the leaves, it can be very challenging as managers have to tackle the situation very cleverly.
