The complexities and challenges of histori public and personnel management was lack of proper communication channel, more turn around time for addressing concern due to limited connectivity and technological help. In addition people who are working around global have different culture and ethnicity which has adverse effect on overall communication system. Standerdised operating procesure, communication channel etc reduces the complexities and enable error free flow of information, this also reduces turn around time as well. The proper monitoring and controlling mechanism collect feedback and work around 360 degree network which identifies the gap more effectiveley and redesign the system which addresses concerns such as customer satisfaction issues, service level issues.,stakeholder and supplier assesment ,through leadership notes and website notifications, newsletters etc.
