Explanation / Answer

Rauthmann.J, in his study on Social behavior and Personality, has emphasized that like item content, item formats (as phrasing and response formats) are equally important. Most of the personality trait items have been mapped onto 4 dimensions to make a standization of personility traits that are measurable.

Point of reference :- This are referred to as the first person, possessive (by own self), others perception of once personality trait, common indicator.

General item format :- staticity, frequency (like..rarely, usually), valiancy (like.. like, dislike, enjoy, love), frequency + valency.

Construct indicator :- personality attributes, behavioral pattern, mental, contextual behavior.

Conditionality :- unconditional, conditional.

All of the above four situations have been given the shape of a TREE for the better understanding and data interpretation by the author. In doing so, the author has taken into consideration that the result must be measurable, realistic, and easier to understand and analyze and result oriented.
