Mica mining and adjoining most of the shops at a single place, Sears definitely increase the overall availability of business opportunity for the organisation. There Merchandise range was the most beneficial part of the organisation which solve each and every issue of the customer as everything was found under the same roof. Sears lost its market position as it could not mould itself as the changing Retail Industry. It never made any specific efforts to make branding more popular as well as to promote the brand at the international markets which could have benefited the organisation by a very huge margin. Lacking of the branding as well as price of the new competitors with low prices strategies such as Walmart and target,Sears was out of business.
