I excel in written form of communication as it gives time to think through and put up your point. Also, as there is no contact with person who will be reading it, I do not get nervous. I am able to structure the communication properly and share my views freely.

I need to improve on Oral communication including body language and command on language. The body language is very crucial to convey right message. It includes maintaining eye contact, body postures etc.
