In terms of ethical responsibility of students it is expected that we will abide by the rules and regulations and avoid indulging in practices like harassment, teasing that create negative repurcussions for them as it is ethically incorrect. For teachers it is expected that they should know their rights abd keep themselves updated with the laws and be vigilant in ovserving the voilation of ethical practices and thereby being prepared to take immediate action against the accused. Administration should adopt a fair grading system and insure the hostile environment for the students and faculty, thereby rules and regulations should be clearly laid down and stringent actions should be defined to be taken against the culprits.
