Public relations ( PR) is a practice which try to establish better connection with people living in the society as well as build a good image of the company. In an organization, it provides information to the consumers about the product speciality, price hikes, and any bonanza offers etc. Even, it gets feedbacks from the consumers and responds to their general queries. In my view, without a better PR practices a company can’t hold a better image across the globe.

A company must have the following activities so that to become a quality consumer oriented company:

In my view two companies, Apple and Amazon are providing unmatched quality products and services across the global consumer market. Apple has unmatched i-phones, tablets, I-pods, music devices, MAC pro etc. which are known for status as well as quality benchmarks.

Amazon is utilizing the e-commerce platform to reduce the cost of operations across the globe. It has provided a unique selling and purchase experience to the consumers across the global market. It has provide best delivery, price economics, superior quality, customer centric policy, money back, technological ease etc.to its global customers and become world no. 1 organization in its area of operations.
