The sense of responsibility and urge to deliver develops from the very beginning if an emoployee is empowered to deliver on a difficult assignment. Challenges bring the best out of any person and it can be conisdered as the best method of grooming a new comer. However, some of the caveats that many organizations possess in case of a new comer that he or she might not be equipped with the required knowledge to complete the given work. It might lead to failure and if it is an important project that has significant impact on the stated goals of the organization then it can hamper the growth and development of the organization as a whole. In order to avoid such situations, a mentor can be appointed who can check the progress as well as achievement of the new comer in timely manner and provide him or her with feedbacks so that they do not go off the track in their assignment.
