Death could be stopped working of lungs and heart or when the entire brain is ceased. In some cases if wait is done for whole brain dead then some of the organs become unusable .so main ethical consideration here is the respect for patient autonomy.

The main ethical dilemma is who gets priority depending on severity of person’s illness or his age, rich or poor.
