1-The title of the research is (Factors Affecting Job satisfaction in the Millennial Generation)

2-the introduction

Millennials are the generation born between 1980 and 1998, they are expected to join the workforce and makeup 75% of it by 2035 (Delventhal, 2016). This generation is known for their ability to transform the workplace and create new work attitudes, they prefer working in groups and have high ability to multitask (Linden, 2015). Yet, Millennials have less tolerance for high-stress jobs which will lead to decreased levels of job satisfaction. Moreover, this dissatisfaction often trigger Millennials to leave their jobs and hop from one organizations to the other (Abate, 2016). Therefore, understanding Millennials expectations about the job prior hiring them is essential for all leaders, to ensure job satisfaction (Linden, 2015). Designing the job according to every employee’s personality will affect their job satisfaction and give them balance in life. This generation was born with the numerous advancements in technology, workplace environments have to be tailored to fit their preference and attitude towards automation. Also, having positive relationships with their superiors and coworkers will affect job satisfaction. Millennials tend to focus on career growth and future advancements that does not only rely in job security. In this report we will discuss the different factors that affect job satisfaction in the Millennial generation which are Job Design, Workplace Environment, and Career Growth.- the Review of Literature about the factors, and the factors are (1- work life balance. 2- Personnel Personality. 3- the use of technology. 4-Relationships with colleagues and superiors. 5-Leadership training. 6-Mentoring and guidance.)

3- also i talk about how the saudi vision has positive effect and impact on job satisfaction.

ABSTRACT :

The Research titled "Factor affecting Job satisfaction in the Millennial Generation" aims at identifying the factors which influence job satisfaction among Millenials in Saudi companies. Millennials are those employees who have been born in between 1980 and 1998. The rationality of identifying the factors affectiing saudi Millenials lies in the fact that these millenials will be forming around 75% of total workforce by 2035 and they greatly influnece the work environment and work culture. Work environment and work culture are essentially important factors for promoting eficeincy in work. Thus ensuring the job satisfaction of Millenials by the employers after having understanding of the factors that affect it will improve productivity at large and to great extent. This resreach has studied whether and how the independent factors - Job Design, Workplace Environment, Career Growth and Saudi Vision - infuence the dependent factor which is job satisfaction of Milennial. The studyhas used surveyed method wherein five millenials have been surveyed from  Princess Norah Univesity.
