Strategic alliance is an agreement between two or more companies to do business together and decides to share profits and losses equally by keeping their independency.

Examples :- Alignment of Spotify and Uber, HP and Microsoft etc.

1) Purpose of utilising strategic alliance in healthcare organizations :-

Aligning two companies has become a trend for not only healthcare but also for other industries too. It has showed some purposes of utilising it in healthcare, and thus it became very common. Some of the purposes are -

These are some of the factors which can be used to develop the organizational goals.

3) Impact of strategic alliance in finance :-

Although the companies involved in strategic alliance can grow their market efficiently, still companies joined together in strategic alliances can't control their cash flows as compared to the companies not joined in strategic alliance. This is true that due to the strategic alliance, companies gaining much revenue than before. But it becomes very difficult for them to control cash flows. Thus due to increase in the market penetration, healthcare organizations with strategic alliance gets less revenue eventually.

4) Shared leadership in healthcare :-

As it is known that shared leadership is providing authorization to other persons to take necessary decisions. By providing both authority to lead and work environment of healthcare can lead to success of shared leadership. Shared leadership supports nurses, doctors and other staff members to extend their decisions that can influence their healthcare practices, professional development etc. As healthcare staffs gets the authority to take important decisions, they can improve their quality learning as well as can improve their relationship with management and patients.
