Sara Bostwick hired one of the biggest, most expensive brand names in wedding photography, Christian Oth, Inc, probably thinking that once she'd committed to the renowned firm, wedding photos would be one thing she wouldn't have to worry about.

The firm assigned her Carolyn Monastrata, described on the Christian Oth website as a classically trained photographer who has studied at Yale and exhibited in Chelsea. But it seems the esteemed pro has really pissed off the bride. Bostwick has filed a lawsuit claiming that Monastrata took racy pictures of her in her underwear after she told the photog not to.

Bostwick claims that she's suffered severe emotional damage since the pictures were made available to her friends and family. She claims that she now suffers from post traumatic stress disorder.
Is she correct?

This is quite debatable case. Although Mrs Bostwick has suffered emotional damage the Photographer Carolyn Monastrata or the studio did not do any crime or fraud.

how is Mrs Bostwick going to prove that the instruction was given to the photographer and the traumatic stress is due to the photographs. More over photograph on the website has to be verified personally by Mrs Bostwick before it goes on the website.
