1. Yes. The company has chosen the right sequence of entry into global markets. The demand of stainless steel utensils is more in US market. There are very few manufacturer of stainless steel. Hence most of the company decided to import from India which is the market of stainless steel. Seeba focuses on quality and innovation which brought success over the years
2. Seeba main line of business is the export of stainless steel in the US market. With the export, Seeba started new line of business by importing premium quality of cookware in the local Indian market. Currently Seeba is the largest distributor of cookware in India and leading exporter to the US
3. Company won the battle by implementing four principles – Punctuality, integrity, quality and creativity.
4. Expansion was right as it took some time to research the market trend and demand and finally they became the sole distributor.
