American utilization the science and high tech resources in related to cost, quality and   access the health care system. Patients and the health care agency giving preference the moderinzation about the US health care system. They are using high cost for basic care upto prolong disease. US started to use HIS (Health Information system) have expanded their uses into all level of hospital activities such as medicine and care function, admininstration and financial level.

HIS have been used by all level of health care.situations. HIS is reduced the cost and helping more in helath care, patient admission and discharge and appointment using by electronic records. Political and social and economic factors changing the US health care system. Especially President Obama health care plan, this plan stated that the all individual should take part for health care.

But Some challenges US facing care models,and fraud and high admin overhead cost, environmental issue and mal practice making changes in cost, quality, and access to the current U.S. health care system leads market failure that requires government intervention.

Obama plans had been introduced by President party, another political party does n't support that medical plan because it was expensive plan.
