Conduct some research on the future of the Social Security program. Based on your research, prepare a statement that describes your view of the Social Security program. Refer to the information obtained from your research efforts, indicating how it influenced your views.
Explanation / Answer
In the future lot of items are going to be included in the social securiy schemes. If you need to employ people and skilled professional to your organization, you will need to provide atleast some the social security schemes. Most of the social security schemes are now provided by the governement. A time will come in future, where all the social security schemes are not provided by the government. It will delegated to the business organizations, who employees the people. The government will in turn provide subsides to those people.
In the future not all the social security schemes will be provided by the government, it will be delegated to the business units that are making big profits. Government can insist on anything that is making good to the residents in that country, and the business organizations will have to adhere to it. They have to do it in order to receive the statutory approvals.
The main point that influenced my thought process is the fact that old pensions were all provided by the government. By delegating this major activity it is a clear sign that not all the profits coming out ofthe business will go into the owners pocket. Some of them must be shed to the upliftment of the society in which they are living.
