3. ( buyer) sent a massage on Twitter to ( seller) saying that " i saw the post on your wall that you are selling your washing machine. Is it working? And what is the price? Please contact me on WhatsApp at 95057576 , ( seller) replaied on WhatsApp saying: ok i want to buy your washing machine for 100 OMR, shortly after receiving massage from (buyer) , ( seller) received a message from his neigbour , offering her 200 OMR for the washing machine.
- was the (seller) post on her wasll a valid offer ! If not , what was it !!
- was (buyer ) response to ( seller) an offer or an acceptance!!
- what would you advise (seller) to fo if she wants to sell the washing machine to her neigbour!!

What does it mean that an offer must be communicated to the offeree!!
The offer needs to be communicated to the other party so that its acceptance may constitute a contract.
What do you need for a valid acceptance to an offer?
The acceptance must be communicated. Silence cannot usually be considered acceptance.
The offer must be accepted without modifications, otherwise it is a counter-offer.
Until an offer is accepted it may be revoked. The exception to this is an option contract.
Only the person to whom the offer is made can accept.
Acceptance will be judged by an objective standard.
