1. Permission Marketing
Marketing is the process through which the organization adopts various strategies through which the information regarding the product or service is transmitted to the target audience so as to increase the sales. While performing such marketing activities the organization should make sure that it doesn't hinder or disturb the target audience in any manner. Rather the organization should take the permission of the audience so as to market their product or service to them. This process is called permission marketing.
2. I have received few of the emails which highlights the benefits of the product or service which is persuasive. I also have wondered that how these emails are sent to me as these products are not at all relevant to me. These advertisements are very persuasive and misleading. We could recognize this when we contact them for more information. Such emails are generally blocked so that they could be considered as the spam emails. These emails are also limited through clicking the do not distribute or unsubscribe link which is provided in the email.
3. The CAN-SPAM law highlight that the consumers can spam a particular mail if they doest want to receive these emails in the primary inbox. This law can be considered as partially working. When a particular mail is labeled under spam then such messages are sent to the spam emails for some period again it may redirected to the inbox.
