Explanation / Answer

Permission marketing is a privilege and it not the right the advertiser possesses. It is the privilege that the marketer of a product enjoys. He can send the personal and relevant messages to the potential consumer of the product. Permission marketing gives the consumer the respect due to him. When the customer feels respected, he will definitely buy the product that you market.

I have personally received a lot of emails that are having deceptive messages in it. It lures the consumer to buy certain product which is supposed to have extraordinary features. If you look at the face of the email, and the messages contained in it, you will not stop from buying that particular insurance product.

I have taken actions by forwarding those emails which are containing false claims to the cyber crime department. They will take care of those fancy offers and will track those people who are sending those emails and deal with them appropriately.

CAN-SPAM laws are very strict. But lot of common people are not aware of those laws and how to put them to practice. When the awareness is created among the common people regarding these all these false claims will reduce.
