As per the fine details given by the article, mentioned organization focuses on child care as well as elderly care through Flexi timing, insurance and educational assistance. Managers and supervisors are also encouraged and helped to learn new ways to make their workplace more family friendly. The organization focuses on the principle that reducing the worries of employees effectively improves the productivity.
