Here, the change is fast and organizations need to keep up with it or be left behind, particularly in the context of technology. Given that some organizations must seemingly be changing ALL the time, what advice would you have for senior-level executives who must communicate the REASONS for these changes routinely? What advice does our text have to support your perspective?

Yes I am absolutely agree with the statement .If organizations wants stand in this tough competitions then they have to be updated time to time.If organizations does adopt a change then they will be through away from the market. Today's reality is that customers are ready to wait or they dont have any kind of emotional considerations about the company.

So organizations must be changes as per the need.

For organizations changes as per the need , senior level executives plays a important role.

Here in above case the example of Health care is been asked .So I explain the role of senior executives for organizational challenges in that context.

1) Senior Level Executives (SLE) must be aware about the up to date technology which coming in market

2) SES must be aware about the changing rules & regulations of health care the respective nation.

3) SES must be aware about the changing rules & regulations of health care at the international levels.

4) SES must be aware about the advanced machinery that are used in health care .

5) SES needs to have extensive reading on Research , Magazines of health care.

6) SES must attend the international conferences , seminar about the health care,

7) SES needs to make close observation on competitors performance.

8) SES must set a system where daily updates can be recorded

etc

All above & many other are the responsibilities of SES. But fir the success of all above factors its very essential & important that SES must communicate all these changes to team , subordinates.If SES will take all updates & fail to communicate then its meaningless.

So communication & training for the new changes in health care is very important.
