I believe most companies are using websites to recruit their new employees because it allows them to connect with candidates faster and easier for everyone, for example Linkedin is a great internet tool HR uses today to find their candidates for specific job requisitions.

If I worked as an HR manager I would use internet, specifically Linkedin to find candidates because the most qualified personal in the world are using it.
