Survey is the most effective way and easily implemented solution. It has minimum time of implementation as only preparation of questions and its distribution to employee is required. The analysis can be done quantatively thus shows the effectiveness of its implementation. It will be beneficial for stakeholder as it generate maximum value with minimum investment. The only road block is in implementation is creation of correct questionnaire which reflects the problem and its distribution in balanced groups.

Rules and Guideline Pamphlets is another solution which can be implemented for solving Organization problem. This is comparatively time taking process because preparation, printing, distribution and then analyzing its effectiveness take time. The analysis is more of qualitative in nature and stakeholder doesn’t see much value in its implementation. Major road block are creation of Rules and Guidelines meeting company policy and evaluation of its implementation effectiveness.
