What is organizational justice, and how are its four types of justice different from one another? Greenberg in 1987 introduced the condept of organizational justice with rehard to how an employee judges the behaviour of the organization nad the employees resulting attitude and behaviour .for example; if a firm makes redundant half of the workers ,an employee may feel a sense of injustice with a resulting change in attitude and a drop in activity.
The Four types of justice are different from each other in sense that the Distributive justice is conceptualised as fairness associated with desicion outcomes and distribution of resources .the outcomes or resources distributed may be tangible(e.g.pay) or intangible (e.g.praise).Perceptions of distributivejustice can be fostered when outcomes are perceived to be equally applied .
On the other hand ,the procedural justice is defined as the fainess process that lead to outcomes .when individuals feel that they have a voice in the process or that the process involves characterstics such as consistancy,accuracy,ethicalityand lack of bias then procedural justice is enhanced .
While the interactional justice refers to the treatment that individual receives as descisions are made and can be promoted by providing expalnations for decisions ans deleivering the news with sensitivity and reapect .A construct validation study by Colquitt(2001) suggets that interactional justice should be broken into two components :interpersonal and informational justice.
Interpersonal justice refers to perceptions of respect and propriety in one's treatment while informational justice refers to adequacy of explainations given in terms of their timeliness ,specificityand truthfulness.
Interpersonal justice "reflects the degree to which people are treated with politeness ,dignityand resoect by authorities and third parties involved in executing procedures or determiningoutcomes."
While informational justice "focuses on explanations provided to people that convey information about why procedures were used in a certain way or why outcomes were distributed in certain fashion".
Justice or fairness refers to idea that an action or descision is morally right,which may be defined according to ethics ,religion ,fairness,equity,or law.People are naturally attentive to ethics and situations in their everyday lives ,across a variety of contexts .An individual perceptions of these descisions as fair can influence the individual's subsequent attitudes and behaviours .fairness is often of central interest to organizations because the implications of perceptions of injustice can impact to job attitudes and behaviours at work .Justice in organizations can include issues related to perceptions of fair pay,equal opportunities for promotion,and personnel selection procedures and the managers should take care and respect these issues inorder to promote perception fairness in the organizations.
Yes ,I have been a victim of organizational justice.i was uanble to get full time epmloyement as faculty in colleges of my city .because one of my close relative is at very high in university of my city and he is very well known personality of this area.But because of some personal revenge ,he is not letting me employed in any of the college ,where ever i have applied,he used to be there ,before i reach their for my interview..Inorder to avoid this injustice of personnel selection ,now i am appllying in state level universities,where these type of injustices are not being practiced and where personnel selection are done on the basis of talent and knowledge and not on basis of speial references.
The difference between ethics and morals can seem somewhat arbitrary to to many ,but there is basic difference .morals define personal character ,while ethics stress a social system inwhich those morals are applied .Inother words ,ethics points to standards or codes pf behaviour expecetd by the group to which the individuals belongs.this could be national ethics ,social ethics ,company ethics ,professional ethics or even family ethics .So,while person's moral code is usually unchanging ,the ethics he or she practices can be other-dependent.
The managers should be concerned about promoting ethical because the ethics is an overall framework for making decisions that balances the multitude of factors in a given scenario,and morality is but one of the pillars on which this frsmework is based .Ethics is an analylitical methodology ,while morality is a personal code.

In this way,based on relative importance of relevant appeals and consensus positions for each descisions,ethics provides a step - by-step process by which an argument /justification can be formulated for a course of action in an organization.The final step is to identify ways to prevent the ethical challanged that arose .such that future ccases are avoided.

employee behaviour,empolyee working conditions,ethical discrimination in working condition.
In order,to make people of company behave more ethically,the business owner should draft a clear ,attorney -reviewed set of standards taht dictate behaviour policies for employees at all levels.
In addition to employee behaviour ,there are number of ethical issues business people must consider about employees working conditions.For example,employers must be aware of the safety of their work environmentband if they have compensated for nthe all the time they have worked .
