As per the leader perspective Contingency prrspective,behaviourial perspective,transformational perspective and communication perspective are the most important point pointed out in this case.There are several other factors also like team spirit,resolution,leading the team from the front. This case is all about the failure of CEO who was newly appointed and could not make the company grow in any sphere rather he spoilt relation with thecompetitors,staff and the media people which led to losses and growth of the company came to standstill. Instead of taking the feedback from his employees he went and took feedback from the management which led to failure. He lacks in people oriented behavioural skills. This could be seen by talking to employees and seeing their morale. He failed to create a strategic vision rather could work on creating the morale high of the employees. In this situation themajor drawback is lack of involvement of the staff because of the unproductive decision of the CEO. Here in this situation we have to change the top management and see that those capable people should be bought who can overcome from this situation.
