Palmer had given his views on the teaching system and was of the opinion that teachers play an integral role but lately they have been not doing their duties properly which has reulted into anger against the teachers fraternity. As what needs to be implemented depends on the scenario and the situation at that time. Changes in the organization and industry affecting ones ability to change is visible and affects ones performance badly its also true that performance is related to ones ability. One should ensure that one needs to change for the betterment of oneself and the organization therefore a good manager always changes according to the organization. I would certainly ensure that i filfill all the criteria where i can change myself according to the need of the hour and the organization. All the tools stated conceeptual,Technological and pshycological are ver important for a change to take place so that this would ensure smooth functioning at the work.No its not correct that one is missing all the tools rather one needs to ensure that these tools are meticulosly followed.
