Explanation / Answer

Action Research Model-

Planned change as a cyclical process :

Relate a Real Life Personal Experience :

See every individual plan his/ her career at the early stage. Lets say Doctor , Engineer , Public Services etc. Now this has been tentatively   decided by him / her at the early age. But the way he/She moves ahead in education, they perceive the realties or the preparation they need to do for achieving above objectives . So they plan accordingly. This is called planned change . & This is cyclic for every one.

Lewin's Change Model

In this case the change takes place as per the situation arrives. Now in all individuals cases , they plan for some specific career , they do hard work also . But because of the strong competitions , or less merit it may be possible that they can not get the career what they want. So in such case such candidates cam apply modification change where they change their career line form one to other .Here modification of change is referred.

Concept of Organizational Development:

Theory and practice of planned, systematic change in the attitudes, beliefs, and values of the employees through creation and reinforcement of long-term training programs. OD is action oriented.

Organizational Development (OD) is a field of research, theory, and practice dedicated to expanding the knowledge and effectiveness of people to accomplish more successful organizational change and performance.

OD is a process of continuous diagnosis, action planning, implementation and evaluation, with the goal of transferring knowledge and skills to organizations to improve their capacity for solving problems and managing future change.
