Develop an outline to educate your management team to recognize returning service members who may be showing signs of PTSD, as well as steps that could be taken to help them transition back into the workforce.

PTSD stands for Post-traumatic stress disorder. There are different ways one can recognize person with PTSD and at the same time help them. Some of the ways is to share the knowledge/understanding about the :
- process which can trigger the event,
- the psychic reaction to trauma, the warning signs and symptoms of PTSD,
- Sometime they may not be logical, may not behave in same way always.

Businesses and State and local government agencies must take reasonable steps to make it possible for people with disabilities to be their employees or customers. There are many ways one/business can help PTSD person to get going with normal life, little tweak in regular way/order/process will help in achieving the objectives. Some of them are listed below:
