The excessive work place stress is not good for once physical health or mental health and it decreases the productivity and efficiency of the person and if not handled timely it can create more problems.

Some strategies for releasing stress and maintain our sanity in the workplace –

The work place stress is not good for anyone and for managers its adversely impact their role as managers in all dimensions either it be the upward or horizontal or in the downward chain of command. If a manger is stress full then he/she will transfer this stress to the people under his/her direct command and stress will reduce the efficiency and productivity of manger so it will create a kind of conflict with other chains of command.
