The other members enjoy spending time with one another, but with the deadline only three weeks away, you are concerned that the team will have to pull an “all-nighter” to get the project done, and even then, it may not be as good as it could be. on the off chance that I would be the individual from that group I would not feel awful about what ever manager said in the meeting. Since at the same point he is correct that the group have been meeting for the recent weeks yet the objective of work amid those weeks were not satisfy and some other part were appreciating with investing energy with each other, yet the due date of the venture is just three weeks away. So that , manager is correct that colleagues need to pull an "all - nighter"to complete this anticipate before the due date.
