Ans: Evergreen is the success food retailer located in rocky mountain region of the U.S headquatered in colorado.

Evergreen itself is a retailer. It has high market position. Other big players are walmart etc.

2) It is operating in Retail business, having low turnover and in 2011 it achieved a nnual revenue of 175 million dollars.

3)The primary problem company is facing is its growth rate is limited and there is risk of acquisition.

The primary problem is acquisition outside region and also introduction of Arugula grocers whose revenue was 1/3 of evergreen.
