2. it is operation in retail sector, particularly it is offereing food and perishable products, which are more quality and more tasty in the market.

3. initially they were strugled much in the market, they have low sales and customer less prefers the products because of high cost, and huge competition from traditional retial stores.

4. the primary problem of the firm is facing the competiton in the market and employing resources to run the business in succesful way. the products they are offering is more quality in nature, and it comes from natural cultivation of agriculture inputs. so, it is the most difficult area to the firm to collect all the resources which are more natural in nature.
