I need to answer this two questions please Model (operation analysis)1) you need to find out the differences among factor rating, the load distance model and break-even analysis. which one is better as well
2) you need to know about three categories of statistical quality control (SQC). how they are use and the differences between them I need to answer this two questions please Model (operation analysis)

Explanation / Answer
1) Factor rating determines the weighted summed score for each location to meet the factor criteria based on the rating of the ability of each location. It is treated as tool to help the managers evaluate qualitative factors.
The load-distance model measures the frequency of movements over distance to determine which alternative minimizes travel costs. It determines the facility location based on distance.
Break-even analysis determines the level of demand needed to cover all the costs.
Factor rating can consider a variety of factors, while the load-distance model only considers travel costs. Break-even analysis only considers costs and demand.
So, factor rating is the best method to follow
2) SQC can be dteremined in 3 types
1. descriptive statics: is used to describe quality charecteristics and relationshoips.it is traditional statistical tool.these are mean and range and standard deviation
2.Statistical proces control involves to inspect sample from out come whether the sample process is funtioning under normal condition or not.i.e., product features fall within a predetermined control limits.
3.Acceptance sampling; is process to select a product randomly from batch production and testing the quality of lot if it is acceptance level then total lot will acceptable if not total lot is rejected.Acceptance sampling helps to decide whether desired quality level has been achieved for a batch of products, and therefore whether to accept or reject the items produced.
Descriptive statistics are used to describe certain quality characteristics, such as the central tendency and variability of observed data.SPC will evaluate the quality of the products while functioning/process. and Acceptance sampling will evalute the quality of lot after producing the product.
all three methods are useful but spc better to follow because we can pridict the default products while production only that controls total lot quality
