1)I have selected Brack Capital   project of M Hotel   New York.

2)   Reason i s what type of model of Brack Capital's building, because this builder built some significant model in all over the world which one is M Hotel. New York which consists 230 rooms and named as first hotel in New York constructed with more rooms.

3) My project belongs to Real estate industry

4)Yes, my project constrained by performance, cost, or schedule because this builder involved in real estate capital investments and having 24 years building experience all over the world, so that Brack builder know about the cost effectiveness and complete the project on time.

5) Brack builder having portfolio strategy, before starting any new project Brack executives started to analysis about the risk that the new project could have upto completion of the project. These executives would like to focus with good returns. Keep good coordinate with other countries working people who involved in their project then Brack builder pay high incentives.
