A. NaCl has ion-dipole forces, london forces and dipole forces

B. Glucose has Dispersion forces of attraction

C. Hexane also have Dispersion forces of attraction becasue of covalent bonding

D. Water has Hydrogen bonding

If all the above three solutions are dissolved in water, only the sodium chloride and glucose only dissolves in water whereas hexane doesn't dissolve because hexane is non-polar and water is polar compound. So according to the principle "like-dissolves-like" hexane doesn't dissolve in water

Sodium chloride forms Ion-dipole forces with water moreover it is polar so it dissolves in water

Glucose forms hydrogen bonding with water so it dissolves in water.
