Explanation / Answer

H2SO4(aq) + 2KOH(aq) --> K2SO4(aq) + 2H2O(l)

from this equation we know 1 mole H2SO4 needs 2 moles of KOH.

0.250 L 0.450 M H2SO4 = (0.25×0.450) = 0.1125 moles of H2SO4

0.200 L 0.220 M KOH = (.200 ×.220) = 0.044 moles KOH

So 0.044 moles KOH neutralizes 0.022 moles H2SO4.

So acid remaining = 0.1125 - 0.022= 0.0905 moles

Total solution after mixing =(0.250+0.200) = 0.450 L

0.0905 moles in 0.450 L =0.0905/0.450 = 0.201 M

concentration of sulfric acid remains after neutralization = 0.201 M
