Explanation / Answer

The longest carbon chain including the functional group is selected and is numbered so that the substituted carbon will get the least number. If chiral center and double bond is present their stereochemistry indicated in the beginning of the name.

If the rotation is clockwise its R isomer and if anticlockwise direction its S isomer, which is decieded by atomic mass of the substituent on the chiral carbon. They are numbered according to the atomic mass and the curly arrow is drawn from 1st priority to 2nd .

In case of double bond based on atomic mass priority is given to the substituents and if the substituents with first priority comes on the same side its Z isomer and if on opposite side its E isomer.
