2HCl + Ca(OCl)2 -> Ca(OH)2 + 2Cl2 moles of HCl = 0.325 x 6 = 1.95 moles moles of Ca(OCl)2 = 60/143 = 0.41958 so Ca(Ocl)2 is limiting moles of Cl2 formed = 2 x moles of Ca(OCl)2 = 0.83916 mass of Chlorine gas = 29.79 gms b) yeild = (29.79-12.6)/29.79 = 0.57705 = 57.7 % yield
